Training & Safety Development
At Forza Logistics Inc., we believe that strong, safe drivers are built through hands-on training, clear expectations, and ongoing support. Safety is one of the most important parts of our operation, and we take pride in making sure every CDL Class A driver we hire is properly trained, prepared, and set up for success before operating independently.
Each new hire goes through a structured onboarding process that includes hands-on driving training, yard and facility movement training, safety instruction, and operational guidance with our Fleet Manager or Lead Driver. During this process, drivers are introduced to our routes, facilities, procedures, technology, and day-to-day expectations to ensure they are fully comfortable and capable before being released to work on their own.
We also provide extensive onboarding support, including safety materials, operational documentation, payroll setup, ADP onboarding, and training on the apps, systems, and communication tools required for the position. Our goal is to make sure every driver fully understands not only how to perform the job, but how to do it safely, professionally, and consistently.
Our commitment to safety does not stop after onboarding. Throughout the year, we conduct quarterly safety stand-down meetings to reinforce best practices, address updates, and continue building a strong culture of accountability and communication. We also recognize and reward excellence through our monthly safety bonus structure, where our top three safest drivers are acknowledged for their commitment to safe and reliable performance.
